Terms and conditions: Fees are inclusive of a full day conference (…)¸ lunch and refreshments and exclude VAT.

Payment terms: The registration form is to be completed and returned¸ together with the relevant payment at least 5 working days before the event. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE DATE. A receipt will be issued upon payment. To avoid disappointment¸ early booking is recommended. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.

Cancellations: No refunds will be issued¸ but you may request to transfer your registration to another person by contacting info@tunemalta.com.

If for any reason¸ PKF Malta decides to cancel or postpone this conference¸ it will not be responsible for covering airfare¸ accommodation or other travel costs incurred by the delegate. The conference fee will not be refunded¸ but can be credited to a future conference. Event program content is subject to change without notice.

Important note: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertisement package¸ PKF Malta reserves the right to change event date¸ sites or location or omit event features¸ or merge the event with another event¸ as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situation no refunds shall be made. In the event that PKF Malta permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to force majeure) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with an other event¸ the delegate shall receive a credit note for the amount that the delegate has paid to such permanently cancelled event¸ valid for up to one year to be used at another PKF Malta event. Credit cannot be used for sponsorship/advertising. No refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
