  1. Start your Monday right! Have your usual favorite beverage or coffee in the morning!
  2. Don’t live for the weekends. Find something you love to do and do it on a weeknight.
  3. Don’t sleep in or staying up too late during the weekend! The same sleep schedule all week will help you feel rested come Monday morning.
  4. Organize your close environment! Straighten up your desk or work space. A clean¸ organized environment is the key to maximizing productivity.
  5. Avoid Melancholy Friends Monday may be not the best day for you but if you will stay with the people who are complaining about it all day long it might be even worse.
  6. Figure out why Monday’s are blue. Maybe it’s a time to switch careers? Start a new course?
