PKF-Cooper Parry Wealth was named Best financial adviser to work for at the Professional Adviser Awards, held at The Brewery in London. more than 200 firms entered the awards, which have been running for the past 12 years.

The comprehensive two-part assessment process questioned PKF-Cooper Parry Wealth on HR policies, office facilities and well-being programmes.  The company team gave their opinions on job satisfaction, career development, leadership and corporate culture.

It’s the second major award win for PKF-Cooper Parry this year, having won the New Model Adviser Midlands Firm of the Year for the second year running in January. That award was quite different being judged on our performance, growth and overall client experience.

Stephen Jones, who attended the ceremony  with colleagues Marie Smith, Jenna Michou and Chetan Ravalia said: “We’ve won a number of awards in recent years but this one is particularly special as it recognises the importance we place on creating a unique working environment in which our team can flourish as well as the investment we have made in developing them to be the best they can be.

The awards prove that PKF-Cooper Parry continue to innovate and improve to stay at the top of the game.  Keeping our clients happy is extremely important to us but it’s great to know our team enjoy the challenge of making that happen, and winning these two awards.
